A Dutch film-maker is to set the movie River Phoenix was taken before his sudden death, with the help of the brother of actor Joaquin. George Sluizer with work on Dark Blood River, as the star of 23 years died of a drug overdose outside The Viper Room in Hollywood in 1993. The Director has now re-edited the material and wants younger brother of the late actor Joaquin to complete the project by recording a spoken like the character of River Boy. Sluizer says the Hollywood Reporter, "The voices of the two brothers are very close." Sluizer hopes to break the final cut next year.
